Hey my friend, I’m Miranda Lee. I am a recovering perfectionist, Jesus-lover, total foodie, wife, and dog-mom. I decided to use my gift of gab, and past struggles (binge-eating disorder, orthorexia, anxiety disorder, OCD, and a tic disorder), to start a podcast and empower others. I am a faith-based health and confidence coach, who helps others find confidence, fall in love with themselves, reach food freedom, and learn how to properly nourish their mind, body and soul. I have my Bachelors in Applied Health Science, my Masters in Business and I am a certified personal trainer through the National Association of Science and Medicine. Progress doesn‘t happen overnight. It takes time, consistency, grace and faith. Happiness isn‘t dependent on your weight or pant-size. You are the daughter of the King! I want to help you put your identity in Him and take small and consistent steps to be 1% better every day. Once you find food freedom, learn to love yourself no matter what, and fully surrender to God, you will feel the most free you‘ve every felt! Remember, you are not in this alone.
